Should you not be satisfied we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with any applicable tags still attached. Anything after 7 days will be not approved. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please do NOT send items back for a refund without contacting us first. Please email us at FFBreturns@gmail.com for all return approvals. If approved you will receive an authorization number. If items are sent without an authorization number from customer service they will be sent back to you.
There is 6 item return limit for the year. After 5 items, no returns or exchanges will be approved until the next year.
When sending your items, we strongly suggest sending them USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number. Fash Forward Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Returns of the product price will be processed within 10-12 business days of receiving the item. Return shipping is the buyers responsbility.
